Below is a list of marketing information we need from you. Contact the MHA office to submit your information.
For your companies information to appear on the print materials for the conference (attendee handout, sponsor banner, etc.) we must receive all of the information above by no later than January 1, 2020.
Booth setup will take place January 15th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Booth tear down take place following the program January 16th, and must be finished before 8:00 PM.
Sponsors are encouraged to join us for the members only dinner event. A networking time with the MHA members will follow the dinner and speakers.
Please note that sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and are on a first come, first serve basis.
