Harrisonville, MO (12/24/2019) – Joel Cape will be joining the hemp classic program during the members-only event of the upcoming hemp classic. Joel is an attorney based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas that specializes in agricultural law. He serves clients nationally in crop/livestock production endeavors such as seed, propagation materials, biological inputs, conventional and organic pesticides, identity-preserved materials, plant variety protection, and the businesses that deliver food to the end-user.
Joel’s presentation will be given as a panel discussion. Joe Zahner, MHA Counsel, will join him on the panel. MHA Executive Director Bill Cook will act as the panel moderator.
“We’re excited to hear what Joel has to say regarding negligent violations,” said Bill Cook. “This is something that is a concern of any grower looking at producing a hemp crop, and the knowledge Joel will bring will be of great value to our members.”
Joel is tentatively set to present on January 15th at 6:30 p.m. during the members-only event. Those interested in attending are encouraged to sign up soon, as seating is limited. Additionally, those registered after January 7th are not guaranteed a meal with their registration.
